Project Info
Biblical text in a 2m circle around a stained glass window. The handpainted lettering is in minted green with a goldleaf drop shade and was undertaken in a style selected by the Canon in order to compliment the colouring in the stained glass. We are delighted to know that this artwork and gilding now in situ in The Great Hall will give comfort and pleasure to people for many decades to come.
The window sits 5m high in The Great Hall of St Martin’s House at Leicester Cathedral. Difficult access is something we are happy to work around and this particular project was carried out from scaffolding supplied by Brian the Brush Ltd.
We take great pride in offering a service that appreciates historical architecture and respects the dignity of all buildings of faith. We provide a sympathetic and professional touch to any project we carry out.
